Getting started
What My Stash is, how customers join, and why there is no app to download.
What is My Stash Rewards?
My Stash Rewards is a wallet-based customer rewards platform for Australian businesses. It lets your customers save a branded pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet so rewards, offers, and reminders are easier to access without another app getting in the way, while keeping the experience branded around your business.
How does it work?
Customers scan a QR code or tap a link, save the pass to their phone wallet, and then use that same pass for stamps, points, offers, referrals, memberships, or other reward actions you choose to run. That means the loyalty experience stays native to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet instead of depending on another app download.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Customers can save the pass directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet without downloading a separate app or creating another login.
What reward types can I run?
My Stash Rewards supports stamp cards, points cards, referral cards, membership cards, discount cards, cashback cards, gift or prepaid cards, and campaign cards, so you can choose the reward structure that fits your business model.
Using My Stash
Reward types, wallet updates, branding, sharing, integrations, and what the platform can support.
Why do shorter reward cycles usually work better?
Because the behavioural science points in the same direction: the Goal Gradient Effect shows people speed up when the finish line feels close, the Endowed Progress Effect shows a visible head start increases completion, earlier rewards tend to motivate better than larger delayed ones, and post-reward reset means shorter cycles create more chances to re-engage. In practice, that is why a reward customers can earn sooner usually creates more momentum than a long, hard-to-finish stamp card.
Does My Stash Rewards integrate with POS systems?
Yes, My Stash Rewards can work alongside compatible POS and other business systems, but you do not need a POS integration to get started. Many businesses launch first with a simple browser-based staff workflow for scanning and redemption, then add deeper POS, CRM, ecommerce, or automation connections later if the program needs them.
Can I send push notifications and reminder offers?
Yes. You can send wallet-based updates for offers, reminders, reward progress, announcements, and timely promotions that help bring customers back when it matters.
Can the rewards pass match my brand?
Yes. The pass can be branded around your business so the experience feels like your business, not a generic third-party rewards program.
Can customers share it with friends or refer others?
Yes. My Stash Rewards can support sharing and referral-style mechanics, making it easier to turn happy customers into word-of-mouth growth.
Do I need technical skills or a developer to get this live?
No. You can manage the setup yourself with guidance, or choose onboarding help if you want My Stash Rewards to help build and configure the card and campaign structure for you.
Why use this instead of paper loyalty cards?
Paper cards are easy to lose, forget, or ignore. A wallet-based pass is more convenient for customers, easier to update, more visible on the phone, and better suited to reminders, offers, and repeat-visit growth. It also gives the business a branded digital channel without handing customer attention to another app.
Plans, payment, and setup
Pricing, locations, billing, registration, and the steps involved in launching your account.
What does pricing look like?
Basic is $99 monthly, $198 for the first three months then $99 monthly, or $990 annually. Growth is $199 monthly, $398 for the first three months then $199 monthly, or $1,990 annually. Advanced is $299 monthly, $598 for the first three months then $299 monthly, or $2,990 annually. Each plan includes one location, and additional locations start from $59 per month each.
What kinds of businesses is this suited to?
It suits a wide range of Australian businesses, including hospitality, retail, beauty and wellness, professional services, and trades that want more repeat visits, stronger retention, and easier customer re-engagement.
Can I use it across multiple locations?
Yes. Both public plans include one location, and extra locations can be added from $59 per month each as your business expands.
What is the Advanced Success Launch offer?
The Advanced Success Launch is a limited, application-only offer. Businesses first apply by email; My Stash Rewards confirms qualification in writing before payment. Accepted businesses prepay three months of Advanced at $598 and receive direct support, a done-for-you rewards strategy and launch playbook, wallet-card design, shop-front signage design, and the separate three-month money-back guarantee described in the promotion terms.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No lock-in contract is required for the standard public plans. You can start on the monthly option and speak with us later if you want to move into a yearly arrangement.
What happens when I choose a payment option on the Pricing page?
Clicking a payment option takes you into the My Stash Rewards registration flow, which happens in two steps. Step 1 collects your account and business details. Step 2 is where you confirm your final plan and payment option and add your payment-card details.
What details do I need to enter before I can continue?
Before you can move past Step 1, you need to complete the required fields. The mandatory fields include your first name, email address, and phone number. You will also be asked for business details as part of the account setup.
Do I create my password during signup?
Yes. Step 1 includes creating the password for your My Stash Rewards backend account. That means you are not just requesting information — you are setting up the login you will use to manage your rewards account after registration.
Does clicking a plan lock in my final choice straight away?
No. The button you click on the Pricing page sets the starting path, but it does not lock your final decision. In Step 2, you can confirm or change your plan and payment option before completing registration.
Do I need a payment card to register?
Yes. A payment card is required to activate your selected payment option. The 90-day money-back guarantee is not part of the standard plans; it applies only to qualifying businesses accepted into the separate Advanced Success Launch promotion.
Who can receive the 90-day money-back guarantee?
Only businesses that apply by email, qualify, and are accepted into the Advanced Success Launch promotion in writing before payment can receive its three-month money-back guarantee. Acceptance, the agreed 200% ROI target, launch and measurement steps, and the refund process are confirmed in the promotion terms and the business’s written acceptance.
